Introduction Text Hi my name is Ashley and i'm from Pittsburgh(STEELERS AND PENGUINS DON'T ASK ABOUT THE PIRATES). I am 25 years old and i'm looking to loose the last 10 pounds that i have. When i was in high school i had no problem with my weight. It all started when i turned 21. Of course it had everything to do with being able to go out and drink and eat whatever i wanted, but i had some hard relationship issues to get through and that just made everything worse. So now it's four years later and i think i'm almost in better shape and health than when i was in high school. I would really like to keep it going and meet some great people along the way!!!

I would really like to lose the last 10 pounds, but more importantly just to keep up my good work and gain more strength!!! Also get ready for my wedding July 2 2011

My program is to eat right and moderately. I don't like diets i think of it as living healthy for the rest of my life. Try to exercise everyday from doing a workout to playing with my dog. Pretty much just staying active most of the day.



I love to read and i'll read just about anything. I'm just starting to learn how to knit and i can crochet a little bit. This comming September i will be bowling for 20 straight years!!!
