My name is Stacey...I live in NC and I have a 7 yr old son. I have always struggled with my weight but have lost a bit. I am an emotional eater and seek support from friends and team mates.. I in return will be here to support you too through this amazing journey. I am married, and my husband is very supportive of me, I just need some girls or guys who understand what I go through, somedays its fine and others I have a hard time with. I love going to the gym, it is my therapy for my son's disorder. He is autistic and very frustrated right now because he can't speak. I am hopeful but working out is for me and I love the way it makes me feel energized afterwards. I am willing but sometimes fall..my husband is out of town most weeks, so the nights are the worst. Overeating even healthy food is bad!

My goals are to become a healthy mom and wife. I have PCOS and have been on many meds, I am now off all. I want to lose the remaning 26 pounds to meet my goal weight and show my doc I am healthy and did it the right way! There is no quick fix to changing your lifestyle and eating habits..

I track and journal all of my food, even on the days I fall off and eat food I am not supossed to have. I do allow myself a treat twice a week, and a free dinner once a week. I workout seven days a week.

I am 39 years old, I am in school for ocupational therapy but my son will always come first. I have changed my lifestyle and the entire family now eats healthier and we are happy because we all have more energy. I am from upstate NY and I have a large italian family who love to eat! I keep very busy with all of our activities but I love having friends on SP to support and ask advice along the way. Lets have this journey together!
