Introduction Text Hello, welcome to my Spark Page. I've been struggling with obesity most of my adult life. I've gone up and down and up and down. The most I ever lost was 90#'s with Weight Watchers. I've tried acupuncture, hypnosis, Tops Club, Weight Watchers, weight lost tapes, food combining and more. I started Spark several years ago, lost a decent amount and quit. and of course gained the weight back. I'm back and starting all over again. I'm starting to get more health issues and my weight is a contributing factor. So, I really need to do it this time.

I would like to lose 101 pounds this year. I want to be able to enjoy walking and not be in pain. It would be wonderful if I wasn't the biggest person in every room I entered.

I have not started the Spark diet yet. I am watchig what I eat and, tracking what I eat and exercising.
