    I saw on the message board you had hit a plateau. I hit one this summer taht lasted 5 weeks and i was so discouraged! I tried changing my exercise routine, adding a fruit, and some fat but nothing worked. I was obsessed with looking at the scale and finally stopped looking all together because i was afraid it would get me more discouraged and lead to me quitting. I switched to the tape measure and a monthly only weigh in. I hadn't measured myself since starting and was surprised how much my measurements had gone down--- knowing that sustained me to the monthly weigh in when finally the scale did show a 6 pound drop.
    I will keep my fingers crossed for you that your plateau doesn't last too much longer, and you see a nice drop in the numbers soon.
