Omg! I think that your comment on my photo was the nicest compliment I have ever gotten on my body...ever! I am so flattered :) Glad to hear from your blogs that your have figured out what was making you so sick. I wish you best of health! I was chronically ill with a wheat allergy for a long time...it felt great to finally identify what was causing me to feel terrible all the time. Anyways, thanks again and I'll be seeing you around on Spark!! :)

Hey! I've been slacking on running. I broke up with my hubby of 8 years over the weekend. It's just stressful and now I don't have anyone to watch the kids so I can go for a run or go to the gym. It's going to take some routine tweaking to get it sorted out, but I'll figure it out. :)

Thanks for your comments on my blog! It's interesting for you to say that your dog was getting itchy while eating chicken, because my dog is itchy with flaky skin sometimes too. We were attributing it to peanut butter, but maybe I'll look for a dog food without chicken to try it!

    Thanks for the advice!

That's ok! I don't get on much either over the weekend, but I have to thank you again for those songs! They just MAKE the run, I def couldn't do it without them. I'm trying not to get discouraged that I'm nearly dying and hardly able to complete these runs. Last time I was further than this and I don't remember getting this out of breath or having this hard of a time. :/ I'll just repeat weeks where I have to and keep it up.

Good luck! I'm a little worried about the weather this week, myself. Though maybe I'll need an extra day's recovery and I'll do W4D2 on Friday? Honestly, it wasn't the run that was that bad... it hit me during cool-down... and I suspect it was because I was nowhere near properly hydrated today. Most of the cramping is resolving itself on its own.

Hydration + protein + potassium is usually a good formula for me before my run.
