Update (09-10-12): Wow it seems like time flies! I am still in the 168-172ish range. So I haven't moved too much. Hoping to make some huge improvements. I started using doTerra oils and vitamins because they are helping my friend get motivation, feel better and be happier. So far I can actually feel an improvement :) so I'm excited. (If anyone wants more info, please let me know). I have started eating better and not binging after work so that was my number one goal...Yay! Hopefully I can keep this up. Next goal is to get into a good exercise regimen that works, that I can fit into my lifestyle and that I can get in the habit of doing.

Update (03-07-12): I have gained even more weight since the last time. I owe it all to my knee surgery and making bad choices to help compensate being sad since I was not able to do any form of exercise for quite awhile. I am now in the 168-170 lb range which is the most I have weighed in the past 13 years! I will get back to a healthy weight, the healthy way this time. No more crash dieting, it doesn't work. You name it, I have tried it. Hoping to make lots of spark friends and help each other on our journey to feeling better and happier. I want to be one of those people that when someone looks at me, they wish they were as happy/energetic as what I would be. So here is to 2012, starting a little late but better late than never...bring it on!
And this year I will post a before pic!
Update (01-08-11) Well I have gained even more weight :( I am back at 150-153 lb range so all the weight I lost vanished. It was a diet though and I know many of you told me that it wouldn't last forever unless I could eat like that forever. So I think I need to incorporate more exercise. I got wii fit for christmas and granted it only burns about 150 calories in 30 minutes depending on what I do but its a start. I might have to have knee surgery soon too :( I won a 7 day free gym membership so I am going to go do that starting Wednesday and we will see what happens in 7 days. I have found that I have a hard time not eating after work until dinner...I love snacking for no reason. It's like my body takes over and makes me eat...granted it can't make you but its like I am hypnotized. Anyways...I need to start tracking big time too! I need all the help I can get. Come on...I want to lose 20-25 lbs in 2011, can I do it?

Update (01/12/12) I decided to change some things on my sparkpage in hopes that it will inspire and motivate me to begin (again) and succeed this time. Good luck all!

Update:(11/02/11) Forget Ideal Protein and forget other fad diets. I am ready to live and be happy, being able to eat whatever I want (taking into account portions and the sparkpeople tracker). Time to become happier and not just eat a leaf of lettuce...I want a tomato too and maybe an egg so forget fad diets cause in the long run, yes you will gain it all back...I am a proven fact of that. Or you will just live unhappy only eating grass. :)





Well back on Ideal Protein, this time to make sure I don't fall back since it takes so much effort to redo it and money. Soon I should be done with grad school then I will have way more time to enjoy life and exercise. I can't Wait!!!!!!

5-10 lbs to go. Once upon a time I weighed 185 lbs then I choked on pizza and lost 50 lbs...then I gained 20 lbs and now I am about back down to 135lbs but if I lose a little extra from toning...so be it! Maybe I could actually be one of those people that eat and eat and eat and still stay the same weight...I guess if you are active enough it could happen. I am currently going to grad school online to obtain my Master's in Statistics. Then after that I am taking a long deserved break from school since I have been going for 22 years....and I am only 26 years old. I will have a family then with my wonderful husband since he misses me so much while I sit at my desk day in and day out...it will be worth it :) Can't wait to get healthy too!

Update! Well I have gained a little weight. I am back at 146 this morning :( but it just helps to get me motivated and wanting to exercise so just like before I will lose the weight :)

Eating normally but portion control. We should be able to eat whatever we want and not cut out food groups! I have found when doing so, later on I gained all the weight + back.



Personal Information:
I work wayyyy too much and I am also in grad school. Busy life but I am going to try to fit in 20-30 mins of exercise everyday.


Other Information:
I love to read and play the wii and play call of duty on the ps3. I love to garden, sow, hike, camp, bike walk etc you name it I am pretty much down with anything except for skydiving and riding roller coasters (I rode 2 rollercoasters over the summer...not little either...woohoo)...maybe little ones :)

I would love to look like Lorelai Gilmore off the Gilmore Girls.
