I am 20 and have been overweight for most of my life. I never really knew how bad overweight I was until I found out I was in the obese category and in the high risk category. I just want to be happy and healthy. Its not about being skinny to me, its about getting at a healthy weight for me.

Fitness Minutes: 280

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 90 to 100 pounds by my 21st birthday. Also to gain more self confidence, and to get to go shopping in nice stores and actually find something that fits and looks good and makes me feel beautiful!


My Program:
My personal program is to exercise every day. I walk and I run for as long as I can and then when I feel like I can't run anymore I go for one more minute. I also do a lot of other exercises and I dance freely for about 30 minutes(which is a great workout!).



Personal Information:
Well I am 20. I come from a small town. I have pretty much always been overweight. I can remember some of my childhood when I wasn't but the majority of my memories have me being bigger. All of my siblings are little and always have been and I have always been the odd ball. I feel like if I was to lose weight then I would feel like more a part of the family, even though I know that love and accept me exactly how I am, it is just that I don't love and accept me the way that I am. I am doing this for me. I have tried to diet and exercise in the past and it has never worked out, but I am more serious this time than I ever have been before.
