Introduction Text i have been on SP A LITTLE OVER 11 years now and have made many friends, i would not have got this far without all the support and prayer from friends i have made here.

i want to feel and look good and be healthy. and go on to live a happy life being thin.

change eating habits to healthy food, fruits,veggies,chicken,fish,turkey, excercising, and go in life feeling good.

i am from riverside california, i think god put me here because we never have floods or hurracains, it is a safe place, i have lived here for 37 years original owner of my home with my adult children, my home has never been damaged by the weather.

i love musical movies from the past not the present ones, and i love doo wop, they just don't make music like that anymore, music now to me it is just noise.
