I am 19 years old, and weigh way more than i should. I have tried to lose weight multiple times in the past and i usually start off so motivated and burn out or quit soon after. But not this time, I will not stop fighting to lose the weight!

My Goals:
My goal is to weigh around 150 by December 2, 2014. My first goal is to lose about 20-30 pounds before my shoulder surgery in March.

My Program:
 *Exercise more
*Eat better foods



Personal Information:
I am from Buffalo,NY. I go to ECC and am on the bowling team there. I will be transferring to a four year school, for special education and early childhood.
