    Try do more strength training or maybe do different strength training everytime you feel bored easily (not get frustrated easily, that's different :D ), do more flexibility, it helps to make you feel lighter and in my case, start to imagine more muscle visible in naked eyes. Once, when I first started to do strength training, just 20 minutes, I felt good about myself as I was able to "survive" doing whole body training (and drank lots of water throughout the session, haha).

    The hajj was great, I feel so grateful that I've performed it at young age, not waiting till my retirement age :) If you haven't yet, I hope you will be soon :)
    Congrats for losing your weight and I hope you can maintain your weight as you hope. I only aim the lowest weight for myself 50kg, below that for my body will look like an anorexia scarecrow, hehe.

    Hey, sorry for the late reply. Yea I know what you mean that I'll be surprised. I've told my mom and I thought she'd be really happy for me and supportive but it was the total opposite. Now I am afraid to tell my dad, as I don't know how it'll turn out. And the bf tells me the same, he keeps telling me that my dad will take well. We'll see..just gotta stay positive. I hope you're doing well.
