Diving and riding through life


Hi, I am a 44 year old father of 3. I have been struggling with my weight off and on for the past 30 years or so. Really I have been making a greater effort over the last 4 years and have done the yo-yo thing with my weight for that time. Finally I am committing to watching what I eat and being more intelligent about my choices in life. I love cycling and ride and or spin pretty much every day. My Goals:
First goal is to ride in the Ride Cincinnati Event June 8th 2012.

Second is RAIN ride, 160 miles across Indiana in July

My Program:
 Well, I try to get to the gym 4 times a week to ride the recumbent bike. Hoping the knee feels good enough to start a spinning class soon
