    Hello,
I just saw your post and decided to go to your page. I too have struggled with my weight since having my kids. My first pregnancy I gained about 60-70 pounds and the extra 40 stayed with me for a while. My second pregnancy I was a lot more careful and I only gained 25 and then managed to lose that and another 20. But when I got back to work the weight crept back in and I gained it all back again. Last November I said that's it I'm about 2 years from hitting 40 and if I'm going to do something it needs to be now, I've already lost 10 years with this nonsense. So far I've been able to shed 19 lbs and I have another 23 to go, but the difference now is that I have stopped fighting my body and I'm working with it. I only lose 0-2 lbs per week sometimes I even go up but I continue. Exercise is very important but most of all it's your nutrition that makes all the difference. I have been eating clean and following a whole foods diet. The best advise I can give you is to take it easy on yourself and realize that it is going to take time and the reason is that you want this to be a lifestyle change. I know that's what we hear all the time but it just is. There are a lot of ressources online that talk about healing foods and how to eat nutritiously. Personally, after all the reading I've done I find that eating healthy is a lot easier. Gotta run now but don't give up, just take baby steps. I think it's already great that you have managed to keep those 30 lbs off so you know you can do it!!!
