Introduction Text Basic things about me: enjoy my family, walking with my dog, reading, movies, theatre, scrapbooking, dancing, rollerskating, riding my recumbent bike, visiting, volunteering at the public library, traveling, couponing. Used to do a lot of soloist work at churches (wide vocal range, all styles - from Mozart to Gospel) and lots of stage and theatre work. Taking a big break - it is fun but exhausting. Since my 'break' - got a 'little' lazy - need to crawl back out of the hole.

3 new goals: 1) 15 minutes of house cleaning/organizing everyday 2) be happy everyday 3) eat veggies every day I would like to lose 40 lbs, 30 lbs is probably more realistic - don't need to wear black fishnet stockings anymore or spandex...seriously with humor intermixed. Would love to roller skate or ice skate again - questionable - oh well, can dream

1. I enjoy walking with either my loving golden cocker spaniel, Penny; or my hubby, or one of my walking friends 2. I enjoy 'riding' my recumbent bike while I read, listen to a 'book on tape' or watch TV 3. I love to dance or exercise

I live in San Diego, CA, been in CA since 1985. Grew up in Michigan, brrrr. Worked my way thru college. Taught for 15 years, 7 years as a special education teacher. Now retired from teaching. Two grown daughters

Formal vocal training, sang opera, switched to musical stage. Two favorite composers, Menottii (The Medium)and Andrew Lloyd Weber (Phantom of the Opera). Top 3 roles, Monica in "The Medium"; Mother Superior in "Sound of Music"; & Soprano Soloist for the "Messiah"...yup!
