Height: 5'4"
**My initial starting weight in 2007 was 196 lbs.

Starting BMI (starting @187 lbs this time - Mar. 01, 2011): 31

Current BMI: 29.9 - OVERWEIGHT - May. 3, 2011

Here are my 2011 Goals :
- Truman Elem. 5k Fun Run (My first 5k) - May. 7th, 2011 - DONE!
- Judgesrun 5k - June 11th, 2011
- 1/2 Marathon South Valley - August 20th, 2011
- 1/2 Marathon - SLC Half-Marathon - April 2012

**I want it noted that more than the weight loss, I want to lose Inches. I'm okay with not hitting 120, as long as I LOOK and FEEL good. I want a tummy that's flat even when I'm sitting down. I want to be able to wear the crappiest pair of shorts EVER and STILL look hot! I want to BE healthy, not just be at a healthy weight. Thus, I'll be watching my Body Fat. We're going for under 19% by Nov 2011. YAY!!!

#1 - Get More Sleep! (Bed no later than 10 pm)
#2 - Drink more H20
#3 - Meet my Running Goals
#4 - Eat Better. Start slow - $10 per wk more for fresh food. - MET -
#5 - Lose 60lbs

- At least 64 oz. H20 per day.
- Get down to less than 20% BMI.
- Update my SparkPage/Blog at least once a week.
- Less than 1300 cal's per day (or less than 1550 if it's an active day)

My Goals:
My 2010 Goals:
#1 - Lose 65 lbs.
#2 - Use P90X to lose the weight. I will do the Lean program twice, followed by the P90X Classic.

My Long-Term Goals:
#1 - Maintain weight loss.
#2 - Run an ultra by 2012.
#3 - Get clear definition by Jan. 2011.
#4 - Get down to under18% Body Fat by July 2012.

My Program:
My weakness is my food program, so I'm really trying to watch my daily food values. Also, I've taken up running and in the fair weather months, I try to cycle to work. Yoga is a recent addition that I'm trying to incorporate in to my workout as well. I've heard it's a good fit for runners.

Personal Information:
I'm a Utah girl, born and raised. I have two adorable kids, and I've been married for 7 years in July 2010. I've decided that now that I'm done having kids, it's time to get in shape so that I can be a good example to the ones I've got !!
I've managed to quit smoking & Soda pop (which I consider equal evils at this point :).)

Other Information:
Working on being better all around. A better mother, a better example, and a better body-owner.

Hey there! Thanks for the photo comments! You'll be able to do that yoga pose too! Just keep working for it!! And thanks for the compliment on my tattoos! I love my shoulder work as well! Eventually it will be a full back piece, I just need to find the time and money and get back over to the tattoo shop
