    I used to do the same things with goals. I would let NOTHING derail me including family, friends and life. I was constantly focused on the goal. I later realized that a goal is just one step in the whole process. I was never satisfied when I reached the goal. I never celebrated hitting this goal or the next or even the next. It took some hard lessons for me to learn that I wasn't doing myself or anyone else in my life any good. Learn to celebrate your successes every day. Stop obsessing about this or that goal, better yet stop setting restrictions on where you can go. Learn that wherever you are today is more about how you handle it than what you do. I think you did an awesome job. And if you still want to run today get out at your lunch. Nothing says you have to run 3 miles, just go for a little run around the block. Goal met!

    i know that there are vegans who sometimes "fell off the wagon" and have meat or other animal products, but it's always good to remember that i'm not the only one with cravings. :) it's just that after 20 months, being unable to smell meat and not feel disgusted, i guess it's not rational for me to actually miss the taste. it's contradictive!
    Anyway, it was very sweet of you to get into the trouble of contacting me just to reassure me! :D I really appreciate that.

    I added a team goal to the team page of exercising at least 20 minutes per day. You can add this goal and include your minutes. I have made the team goal 11,000 minutes for the month, so let's see if we can make it!! emoticon
