    Hi You asked in comment to my blog that's you'd like to join in how do you do so? well to do so you have to see if in any of your teams that have an area for accountabilty. If so just either copy and paste the template from my blog or make your own and list your foods eaten all day, every day.

    If you are not in a team that has anywhere you can do this you could ask the leader could you add an area in? or failing that i have my own team you could join that there is a special area you can add it in each day. My team is: Holistlc living

    Or if you prefer you could just list what you are eating and drinking all day in a blog each day. if you exercise you could also add that into the blog daily if you wanted. basically you can do this challenge anyhow you like that will work for you.

    It works for me as people other than myself are knowing what I am eating so I try to lead by example and get it right most of the time.

    You have to be honest though even through the tough day when you mess up a bit. We are human and are here to support each other on the good days and the bad days.
