My Goals:
Lose that last annoying 5 to 8 lbs (or inch of fat).


My Program:
 ______
Bikram 1 to 2x per week

Gym 3 - 4x per week (strength followed by cardio)

LOTS of veggies and water

Moderation on sweets and wine



Personal Information:
45, environmental engineer, vancouver, married, 1 daughter, 1 dog, 5'2"

Other Information:
 Love music, travel, reading, being outside and hooked on a few TV shows.

    Unfortunately, my school has a no-auditing policy. Pretty common here in California. I think it's because our schools are so impacted, they'd rather you not be taking up space if someone who will take the course for credit needs it. :-S

    Thanks for your comment on my blog! I took a meat tenderizer to ice cubes yesterday to make it easier on the blender! :) Hopefully we can indefinately "borrow" my mother in law's ninja and have yummy smoothies every day!
