    Hello there. I read your post on the 1 day challenge-what's up with you?- and thought, boy, she is doing everything right, sounds like. I would say, give your body a little time to adjust to the new weight, then as you've done, trick your body with a different exercise routine, cardio and strength training. I also read somewhere that doing the high range of your calorie range for three to four days, then the lowest range of your calorie for a day or two will trick your body because you're burning a lot of energy digesting the larger calories and your body still wants to burn at a high rate when you reduce the calories, resulting in weight loss. Does it make any sense. I haven't tried it so I'm just passing it on. Might want to check it out somewhere. But thought I would pass it along for what it's worth....
