This is MY Life!!!


I am 47 and have stuggled with my weight for 15 years. I am married to the most fabulous man and I have two wonderful teenage boys.

I have been afraid that I can't lose weight but this year I will! I have a group of friends who have similar goals and we are going to work at this together. I'm looking forward to this journey, knowing that I am not alone.

My Goals:
Enter my nutrition and exercise daily for July

Purchase a yoga mat when I loose 10 lbs.

My Program:
 I will plan my meals and prepare my lunch and snacks the night before.

Continue my exercise classes on M and W and do cardio 3 other days of the week.
