Hi,
The meals are from the TOPS retreat August 09 in Sudbury Ont. In 5 days we averaged 4+ lbs loss each every one of the 42 of us lost, and we had 1500 calories 3 meals 2 snacks every day.

I am the proud Mum of Chaparal's Petit Pixie. Pixie is overweight and only a year old. I am overweight and 55 years old. She has 6 pounds to lose and I have 50. We love to hike the magnificent Bruce Peninsula and have started the Bruce Trail Association's "40 Great Years - 40 Great Hikes" anniversary challenge. portion of the Bruce Trail that runs atop the Escarpment on Dyer's Bay. I heard a loon cry on the water from the cliff top, and even got a few pics, but you would have to believe me that the little speck is a loon. And the biggest thrill, on the trip back to the car we came across a rare and endangered Massassaga Rattler. This one even more rare because it is H U G E Four foot plus!

Someone said "Oh they would love some snow" I immediately pressed "join this group" stood up and took some pics for them, didn't even go out in the stuff, well except for the trail Pix & I have made for her needs.

    Hi Rosie,
Just checking to see how you're doing. I haven't heard from you in awhile. I exercised this morning at home even though I had to share the space with my dog fletcher. I think I got more exercise trying to keep him off of me. I have TOPS tonight. Hope I lose at least one pound.
    WEEKLY CHALLENGE
Take your measurements and post them on your spark page.
See you lighter later I hope,
    Sue

Hey Rosie, thanks for stopping by my page all the way from Canada! I have a HUGE garden space and usually grow at least 5 types of tomatoes every year. I also grow yellow squash, zucchini, green beans, okra, at least 6 or 7 types of pepper, cukes, eggplant, mustard green and kale. I really enjoy gardening! My dad, granddad and an older neighbor got me into it. They're all passed on now but I still enjoy it and can sometimes sense their presence when I'm digging in the dirt. Plus, I enjoy the work and when I'm in the garden I can think and it's a great cardio activity.
You are a fantastic photographer! Your pictures are great. I like Pixie too. I have the cat equivalent named Jack who is quite upset that he has no more albacore tuna for breakfast and dinner, just his cat chow. When everything gets going I'll take pictures and share them here!
Fullspeed ahead on those last 6 lbs!

HI WE ADOPTED FLETCHER FROM THE HUMANE SOCIETY. THEY TOLD US HE WAS A SHEPARD MIX. I CAN SEE THE SHEPARD FROM THE FUR ON HIS UPPER BACK. THERE A LOT OF OTHER BREEDS IN HIM TOO. WE THINK THERE MIGHT BE SOME BULL SOMETHING. HIS FRONT ELBOWS BOW OUT TO THE SIDES. HE HAS A FULL TAIL THAT CURLS ABOVE HIS BACK. HE'S VERY PROTECTIVE. MY HUSBAND ED CAN'T EVEN GET A HUG IN WITHOUT FLETCHER BEING INVOLVED. ED HAS A FULL BEARD AND I THINK FLETCHER TREATS HIM LIKE ANOTHER DOG. ED CAN'T EVEN SIT DOWN WITHOUT FLETCHER GETTING ON HIS LAP AND CLEANING HIS BEARD. I TOLD YOU HE WAS CRAZY. SOMETIMES WE THINK HE'S PART BILL GOAT TOO. HE LOVES TO STAND ON THE VERY NARROW BACK OF THE COUCH, HOW HE DOES IT I DON'T KNOW.
