EAT TO LIVE!!!! Each day I am blessed to discover. Recently I have been reminded how we are on this earth to experience and teach, demonstrate and share love. I like to think of each day as a new beginning, an adventure if you will in seeing where I can demonstrate or show love. When you use love, it opens every door around you. Use it as a light to see. Never forget every day is an adventure for the soul.

Goal #1: 5 pounds loss Reward: Massage

Mindful Eating.... raw foods..focus on fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, nuts...Primarily vegetarian!! As organic as possible. Low carbs as much as possible.

I work as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Working on my doctorate! I LOVE my job!!! I have a man and husband who is my Soul Mate and a daughter who lights up my heart. I love, love, love music...all kinds..I play the piano and guitar..neither very well, but I love learning how to! I love hiking. I love to read. I love whales, dogs, and most any creature of the ocean. I am probably a member of every environmental and animal protection group ever created!
