I have been skinny all my life like size 5-6 7-8 and when i hit menopause it all went south.... I know your metobolism slows down when you reach 50 ... I have been on diets before but than i gained it all back plus some.. I am determined to stick to this one its hard some times because i was a junk food chunky ... I never knew how do diet( or should i say eat healthier) because i never had no reason to but i am ready to go so any help will be appreciated... I think god throws us a curve ball every once in awhile to open our eyes and see that eating like this isn't good for your health... wake up and smell the roses....Than theres Mr Arthir coming in to make your life miserable along with Mr chlorest and Mr Clogged Arteries and maybe Mr Oste W e can do it ... come on get up outta you'r lazy chair.... WE CAN do this together it just takes alot of will power and support from each other...

MY 1ST GOAL IS TO START EATING HEALTHIER SO I CAN LOSE LOTS OF WEIGHT SO I DON'T HAVE TO GO ON ANY CHOLESTERAL MEDS...

SO FAR ITS WORKING I LOST 4 LBS THIS WEEK AND IT JUST STARTED MONDAY SO I WEIGH IN TODAY WOO WOO ITS A SHOCK 2 MY BODY BUT I AM GONG HOO ANYTHING TO LOSE WEIGHT....

    I was skinny all my life and now i need to lose weight i never thought i would be saying that, I have to lower my cholesterol of 295 like real fast because there is heart attacks and strokes on both sides of my family so I am a walking TIME BOMB, i started at 185lbs now i weigh 174.4 I am very happy at the weight i have lost and i hope i never find it again lmao, my goal is to lose about 50 lbs or more if able to, I am averaging about 2 lbs. a week if that keeps up i will be Most happy, i put on 70 or more lbs. when i went through menopause i weighed 115lbs and if i can get down to that again i would extremely blessed but i ll take 125 so here i am any help will be appreciated... I am puting out a garden again this year nothing better than having your own fresh veggies emoticon emoticon
