Maintenance at last!
I'm travelling towards better and loving the trip!

Summer 5% challenge strategies - THEY WORKED!!
- I'm going to concentrate on handling stress, balancing my energy, being patient and consistent.
- I have lots of options for cardio!
- SUGAR = my TRIGGER
- Motivation x 10 - working on it.
- win tomorrow
-meal planning
- 8 hours sleep
- win today
- 60 min cardio 6 ...
