I've always been interested in keeping fit but had recently become disheartened at the lack of weight loss. I discovered this website by accident and am now hooked. I've had such positive results in a short period of time that my husband and sister have also joined. I am looking forward to reaching my goal and am now much happier seeing a slow decline in weight rather than expecting huge weight changes. The best part about this website is the motivational stories, they keep reminding me that there are others out there with the same goal and with the same daily challenges. My husband has also noticed the change in me both physically and mentally and this has encouraged him to try and lose weight with me. I have learnt quite a lot about diet and this has enabled me to control my eating, although admittedly there are days when I could eat pie and chips or fish and chips! So I have promised myself one of these treats when I reach my next goal and I can't wait. In the meantime I will continue to enjoy the wonderful recipes and track my progress together with my husband's.

I am closer to my penultimate goal of 133lbs than I have been for nearly 7 years. I can't wait until I go on holiday in August because I am feeling really great and much more confident about my looks.

The1st goal was to reach 152 lbs, 2nd goal was to reach 146 lbs, 3rd goal was to reach 139 lbs, anything else will be a wonderful achievement.

My Program:
I do cardio for 340 minutes a week plus weights and track my calorie intake
