My Goals:
I want to lose weight to be healthier and feel better.

My Program:
 I've helped my husband lose weight and manage his diabetes through diet & exercise - this year it's my turn!


Personal Information:
Married my dearest companion and sweetheart last August. We live in Beaverton, Oregon, and I have two adult children.

Other Information:
 I love cooking (and eating!), traveling, and spending time with my husband and my (very spoiled) dogs.
