All my life I've always been a little over weight, sometimes more than others. Got all the kids out of the house 3 years ago (How'd that go by so quickly). I swore once life settled it was time for me. Well it's settled. My granddaughter arrived 2 summers ago. Last summer I married the sweetest man alive. This summer no distractions. I'm 43. When I saw 185 on the scale it was a huge eggahds! Time to get real. Need to lose 20. Losing 30 would be fantastic. Here I go again!

My Goals:
Eventually I want to be at 159 lbs (or even less one day!). I felt the best when I weighed 159 about 8 years ago.

My Program:
Exercise is my main goal. I WILL keep moving. I go right to the community center after work for 30 min combo of weights and walking. That and with the nutrition tracker, I hope to keep the office-job-spread away.

Personal Information:
My baby just graduated highschool and started college. I recently started a new full-time job (but only 40hrs/week!) I also am going to school part-time online at MSSU for a marketing degree. And of course there is my church, my home and my family. Can't say I ever get to be bored!

Other Information:
My dad died of a heart attack a little over a month after his 60th birthday. I want to live longer than that! Otherwise that would mean only about 20 years left. I need to get heart healthy, maintain a healthy weight and activity level too. So here I start in honor of my father's 60th birthday just 20 years ago this week. Yup, he would have been 80 this week. He missed so much but is with me always.
