I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling icky! Take care of yourself, and I'm with you: don't overdo it!! Take 2 days off and rest your body! :)And happy birthday to your hubby, don't party too hard!!
My efforts have been minimal. I have gained 8 lbs! I slacked off on all fronts. However, last week I got on track! I reconnected with the running and walking and I have started logging food and eating much better. I feel better already. My cousin has been doing weight watchers and has lost 30 lbs so she is trying to inspire me, too.
I was thinkg that I would really like to lose 5 lbs by my birthday, October 13, I think that's reasonable. With that said, I'm preparing to lose 15 by Christmas. Once I reach that goal, I hope to lose an additional 15 by April 1 (right before our annual trip to AZ). I think that comes down to 5lbs/month. ARE YOU IN?
