Introduction Text I am a mother of 3 adult children. All three are married:) No grandbabies yet...My husband and I have been married for 35 years. He is very supportive of my healthy eating and fitness. We walk or bike faithfully every day. I have recently started a new job. Very thankful for a good job and a normal schedule !! Having met my goal weight I now am maintaining my weight and fitness minutes. I want to continue to feel great and enjoy each day to the fullest!!

Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. I am tracking food and exercise. I am a list person so it works well for me. Walking every day and biking when I have the time.



Anything else you would like to tell people. Could include things like your favorite books or movies, a quote, anything. my dream job would be to own a bookstore/coffee shop!!
