After three kids and working at a computer all day long, I woke up and realized that what I saw in the mirror is not the way I see myself and it was about time I made the two match! After recently being layed off I decided on making it a move to the positve and am taking the time and energy to create a more healthy lifestyle and creating positive opportunities. Please join me in reaching our goals!

May 3, 2009:I started a new and renewed personal workout challenge in January. I am now doing the May sweatsuit to swimsuit bootcamp and am really excited to have come this far.
Since January I have lost 10 pounds, 3 inches off my waist, 2 off my hips and 1 inch off my neck... not bad for a start. and two clothes sizes! I still have a long way to go, but am starting to feel more energized and am able to walk up and down my very hilly street without being completly exhausted. I will post my changes as I go along....
May 10, 2009: Down .5 inches from last week in both waist and hips!
May 17, 2009 last week family gave me My Fitness Coach for mothers day. This has bumped up my exercise and I am really feeling it although I am not seeing much loss....yet
June 2, 2009 sweatsuit to swimsuit challenge is done. I found that I needed more time management thorughout with the changes that summer brought and doing 2 routines. I don't think I've made a single post last month! Of course I did try, but everytime I started one of the children needed something scattering what train of thought I had left. I'm sure we will settle in to the new routines shortly... My goal is to add swimming to the mix. Last year I lost 15 pounds just doing the swimming, who knows what will happen this year!
