Hi, I'm from the mountains of Colorado and love to be outdoors, especially in the fall when the colors are beautiful. I enjoy hiking, reading, scrapbooking, travelling, working out , and being with my family. I've gone through some foot issues and that, I feel, is holding me back on my goals but I'm trying, with a great attitude! I'm a happily married mother of two daughters, one in graduate school and the other is a senior in college. Hard to believe I have been a part of Sparkspeople for 5 years! I have lost anywhere from 12-16 pounds and now I need to maintain and Spark people will be a huge help! Guess I should update 😆 Foot issues are resolved (Yay!) one daughter in grad school (architecture) and the other graduated grad school and is a 3rd grade teacher. The 16 pounds (+) have returned so I'm back at it again 😡 Rotator cuff surgery last April and almost fully recovered. That was a tough one but it's all good, I'm bouncing back 😊

My goal for the next couple of month is to work through another foot issue AGAIN! Motivation is tough richt now but I need to push my way through this

Keep working with my trainer through my recovery and continue with Sparkspage for journaling and support!
