    Hey! Thanks for the goodie! It looks like you are doing great!! I just posted that I lost 2 lb in my first week. I am hoping to do better the second week because I didn't do all that much my first week other than planning, throwing away, and buying new stuff! But I am so happy about the 2 lb. It is a step in the right direction, right? I started the 30 Day Shred Monday. Today is my 3rd day and I am so sore I can barely move!!! Can't wait until we get to see each other meeting our goals.
