The end of 2003 I was the biggest I've ever been at 255. I hated looking at myself in pictures, in the mirror, in anything with a reflection. I hated for others to see me and I was tired of hiding and wanted to start living again. I got down to 180 in about 6 or 7 months and maintained that for a little over a year. I want to start losing again so that I can feel like I went the distance to be the healthiest, most active, and have the most knock-out body possible for me :-) I'd love to be able to wear a bikini for the first time ever this summer!

I also want to lose weight so it will be easier to run so I can complete a marathon (I got up to 20 miles this past summer) and a tri-athalon. I also want to lose weight so that I can inspire others to live a healthier life and encourage others that they can lose weight even if they've lived with being over-weight their entire lives.

Fitness Minutes: 1,464

My Goals:
Weigh 115 and fit into a single digit jean size (preferrably a 2-6)

Have a body fat percentage between 12-20%


My Program:
Limit breads to 1 a day, eat lean meats, lots of vegetables, and 2-3 servings of fruit a day. Exercise at least 90 min 6 days a week.

Go to the Living Binge-Free board when I feel the urge to binge.

Plan the week's meals in advance. Pack lunch for work.

1) A day in calorie range = Add $1 to Reward Jar

2) A week in calorie range = Add $5 to Reward Jar

3) 175 milestone = Add $20 to Reward Jar

4) Each day without a binge = Add $1 to Reward Jar

5) Each 100 calories over 1550 goal = Remove $1 from Reward Jar

My Reward Jar money will be used to buy something totally impractical that I would probably never buy for myself but that I've always wanted - something that says I'm worth it - like maybe some diamond earrings. I need some bling! :-)

    hey buddy! sorry ive been rather lazy with my posts. its been crazy aroundehere. i decided that im going to run a 15 mile trail run on april 21st. i know its nuts but i really wana do it. so i started training yeasterday. this week im jsut trying to get my body used to running again its nice to feel that ache in the morning hahah hope your doing well. talk to you soon

    Hey girl! Well, I went way over my calories when I was on my business trip. I'm a little discouraged. I only missed one day of working out and I've stayed within my calorie range since I've been back but I haven't lost any more weight. My workouts have been amazing though! I'm still working on the balanced meals. How has your week been going?
