For all things comfortable...


I'm Kendra and I'm here because I want to be comfortable.

I don't care what size I am, as long as I don't have a muffin top or jiggly parts hanging out everywhere. I want to be strong and confident. I can do that as a size 14 or at a size 8. It's more about what I know I can do rather than what I think people expect of me. It's about being happy with myself.

Personal Information:
I work crazy hours and never have the same schedule. I am surrounded by food all day, but I rarely have an opportunity to eat. I make poor choices when I leave work because I am starving. I realize what I do and why I do it... I am working on changing those habits for a healthier me.
