Looking to start over in life!!! I'm also looking to start over when it comes to losing weight i once conquered that goal before and would definitely like to do it again and stay at my healthiest weight! I have stayed away from going out with friends for too long all because i was embarrassed letting people see me this way i am officially DONE!!! It's time to get up and get moving!!!

Okay folks today is my first day and i am soo excited to be a part of this. I didn't sleep that well last night but i got a couple of pointers from the Official Better Sleep Challenge teams page!! So i will be looking forward to keeping track on that! Woke up a little late because of that so it is 11am about to have some Oatmeal and 2 boiled egg whites!! MY SHORT TERM GOAL IS TO MAKE IT THROUGH 2 WEEKS ON HERE!!! WOOHOOOO!!

Day 2!! I am already proud can't wait til this week is over!!! But i am feeling great and the site is definitely keeping me up to par!!

Still going strong!!! I am loving it, even feel a little lighter on my feet i know i have not lost weight yet but i just feel good!!! =)

It's The 4th day and i am still kicking butt!! Last night i decided i would lay off my Facebook page for awhile because i was seriously spending more time talking about nothing sitting on my butt typing!! At least with SP i have the motivation with everyone here in between typing and motivating others and myself to get up off of my seat and work out then log it in my fitness tracker and log in what i eat in my nutrition tracker it keeps me on point and that's why i think this program is really going to workout for the better for me!! Stay strong everybody!!! I will try to do the same also!!

Day 5 almost done with my first week!! Almost got burned out today due to hardly any sleep from last night but i made it through!! I pushed myself! I know there are going to be some tough days ahead!! But in the meantime I'm staying strong!!

Wow! One more day and its going to make it a week since i started this new health kick!! I really didn't think i could of done it, and still be so motivated!!! =) I have also become addicted to working out again, and can't wait for the next time that i do. My first monthly weigh in will be on Oct. 29th before Halloween and i think i will do just fine.

Never thought i would have made it to my 3rd week this quickly and easily!! Wow! I seems to be going by pretty quick! I still have not weighed in yet that info will be up at the end of the month! Can't wait to see the results even though my main focus is inches since i am planning to build more muscle!
