Introduction Text My name is Shelley. I am married with children. My husband and I are both trying to lose weight and continue a healthy lifestyle. I've been a member on here for about a year, but I had a huge setback and gained back all of my weight that I had lost. It was all due to the loss of my son. He was 7 years old. He passed away on June 9th 2006. He was visiting my exhusband when the tragedy happened. Please pray for me. I really need to lose all this weight and I need all the support and motivation I can get.

To live a long healthy life style

I am eating smaller portions and exercising as much as possible. At least once a day. Walking during my breaks and lunches at my job do me some good. I have a desk job.

I have 3 sons(one whom is in heaven) and 3 stepsons. Ages from 5-13. I am so blessed to have met my soulmate . My husband is the most wonderful man. He is my inspiration to lose weight.
