Hello,I am a new but old member of Sparkpeople. I actually joined in 2011 but I went underground , hiatus..blah blah, in reality I gained all the weight I lost back except for 3 lbs. I finally got sick of myself and a little depressed. I am on a mission for a change in my life and have become serious because I reached my breaking point. There is a life out there to live and I am gonna be here to see it, feel it and breathe it.

My Goals:
Make better food choices
Make exercise a part of my life
Stay active
Lose the weight off and keep it off
Take my Neonatal and Asthma educator boards
Be happy forever!!!

My Program:
Breakfast: Carnation breakfast, or 2 boiled eggs and a cup of coffee, or raisin bran or special k with skim milk.
Lunch: Salad with or without grilled chicken, a steamed vegetable or 2
Dinner: Salad or fish, chicken on my George Foreman grill, I use the George Foreman for most of my meats.If I am not at home then I just play it safe and eat a salad or get a grilled chicken burger and take the bread off. For snack: Banana, or fat free yogurt, sometimes I will eat a few cookies but I don't go over board.

I am a c25k user
I also do bootcamp workouts
Weight are not my favorite but I have purchased some along with a band, I am currently using this for toning.
