I am a mother of two children ages 16 and 12 and work as a medical secretary for a pediatric neurosurgeon. I have had a weight problem all my life and have lost weight using Weight Watchers but over several years gained the weight back and now want to get back on track and lose the weight again and keep it off but not pay the fees with Weight Watchers.

I see you work from home as a medical transcriptionist. I have thought about doing that as well. I knew someone when I was in high school who did that.
