I am a mom of 2 beautiful girls ages 6/9, I found sparks 3 days ago and fell in love with the site. it does for me what I cannot do for myself. I have always been obese but it has gotten worst this year. I have tried every diet and joined every gym but never stuck it out to see any real results, I alway give up and slip right back to my bad habits. I am very scared about this, yesterday was my first day and I hope I can make it this time.

Starting weight 230lbs.
Oct 1,2013/216lbs
-Jan 1, 2010/220lbs
-Feb. fell off the band wagon, it was a mess
-Mar. 1/215lbs
-Mar 14/ 210.6lbs
- Mar 28/ ?
-April 20/220lbs
-May 1/220lbs
-January 7, 2011/231lbs
-October 2, 2011/224
1. exercise at least 30mins everyday
2. drink 8 glass of water a day
3. think positive thoughts about myself.
4. day dream about how I will look at the end of each month.
5. celebrate my birthday in May under 200lbs.
6.reach my goal weight of 145lbs
6. I know I am strong I can feel my strenght and I know I can and will do this.
7. I am know I am not
a failure, I am not of this I am sure
8. I know I have the courage to overcome to my food addiction I am a child of God and he wants me to be healthy, he loves me of this I am also every sure.


My Program:
1.do weight training 3 times per week.
2. 30mins. of cardio at least 5 times per week.
Rest on sundays



Personal Information:
I am Jamaican so are my 2 girls, we live in maryland, we love to laugh, we love life and oh, I guess you already know but I love to eat.
I cook alot, I love the Lord, I go to church on a regular basic even though my children and husband complains. It make me happy so I do it just like been healthy and looking better in my clothes will make me happy and I am going to do that too they will jump on the wagon when they start see the results.

    I've realized the inches are whats letting me into smaller clothes not the weight. Activities have been better allowing me to do more. I'm finally realizing to stop relying on that dirty scale so much but gosh I 'd still be happy to see Onederland!

    Thanks for the response! I am right there with you on wanted that scale to move. After a month I lost a great deal of water weight and normal weight (I was 304lbs!) But now that my weight has stalled (2 weeks now) I am enjoying the non-scale victory
