I have been an SP member since 2006, however, I have not made any progress on my weight loss journey. I have taken a long look at myself in an effort to figure out 'why'. Why haven't I made progress when I have the tools necessary, the time to commit and multiple reasons to take action?

I have determined that it is because: 1. I did not think I could really do it; 2. I have believed the voice in my head whispering that I'm not really worth it; 3. I have not made a quality decision to go after the goal regardless of 1 & 2.

So now I am at a crossroads. I am 35 years old, married with 2 children. Will I resign myself to being 100lbs overweight and just live out the rest of my life facing any consequences that brings? Or will I make a change - a real change in my life and become the woman that I know I am meant to be?

This is a bigger issue than weight. This is critical moment that will determine mediocrity or greatness.

I choose greatness today, and this is my journey.

My Goals:
My weight-loss goal is to lose 100 pounds within the next 12 months.

My Program:
I will be using the Power 90 program for at least 3 rounds in addition to the TotalGym and elliptical machine.

Personal Information:
I am married to the most wonderful man in the world and I have two amazing children. I am in an online MBA program and am a SAHM. Life is GREAT!

Other Information:
I am so glad that tomorrow is another day & we always have the opportunity to start over again. Thank you JESUS!!

    Welcome to GOG I have not been on much lately but I love the GOG they are so wonderful and positive forces and so very nice....

    I saw you had said that the only program you have to follow is the Spark people one. I started July 9, 2006 on the SP program found i can eat anything I want but of course within reason and within my calorie limits. The program has worked wonders and to date I have lost 64 pounds...
    My hubby started when i did and we both love it, we eat well and healthy. Our eating habits have changed and it is nice to cook a meal and know we are eating good but healthy also.

    The hardest was drinking the water but now i crave water when i do not have it.... I try to drink 16 cups a day....
