I'm in leeway for TOPS, but lately losing a little more.

My Goals:
Keep going as long as possible.

My Program:
 Walk most days, eat a diet somewhere between Pritikin and Medeterrania, spend less than I have coming in.


Personal Information:
I live in Palm Harbor, FL, which is in the Tampa Bay area, with my wife and two miniature Schnauzers. I am in my 20th year of retirement and am wearing a little around the edges. We spent the first 12 years on the road, but I finally got sick of not having a place to call home, so we bought a house again.

Other Information:
 I like books more than television, but do watch it. I also have three volunteer jobs and, with the house and yard maintence, I am as busy as I want to be.

    Okay, TREX, we are now friends. Will I see any of your posts on the over 70 Team soon? I go to the site where I post my stupid spins each day. I have a Spark Tracker and I may post my steps that I have at the time.

    I am over 12,000 steps for this splendid Sunday. Do you have a Spark Activity Tracker? It really helps me to be motivated and get the step higher and higher each day.
