My Goals:
My goal is to reach 165 lbs - something that I haven't enjoyed for a number of years.

My Program:
 I am following the SparkPeople nutrition guide as much as I can and doing some physical exercise - mostly walking.


Personal Information:
My name is Dinzel and I live in the city of Mount Pearl, Newfoundland, Canada. My wife & I have three daughters and two chosen grandchildren (Carter & Ashley). We are retired pastors with The Salvation Army church.

Other Information:
 In my spare time I enjoy reading and doing crossword puzzles - as a means of relaxation. One of my favorite authors is Max Lucado. I also enjoy reading David Baldacci.
