I am so touched by your lovely comment on my blog... so appreciated! BTW, I have had my levels checked and all is fine on the medical front. I am more than sure that this is a situational thing - there is a real need to 1) change the situation and 2) change the way I react to the situation. Whether I like it or not, it starts and ends with me :-)

Not sure I'll be sending you a recipe just yet, but I will be finding something that makes me feel like 'the me I like'!

Sooo good to hear from you! Thanks for responding on my page....

It sounds like you are doing remarkably well! And I wanna know how you worked up that 6 pack! emoticon I'm still slogging away trying to get mine emoticon When I'm not making 'progress' I keep myself on the positive side by reminding myself that maintaining my fitness is all I really need to do - I can step on the gas and give a big push when the time is right.

Keep your fitness up - it will stand you in great stead during what sounds like a bit of a challenging stretch. Hope you're handling the changes and arrival of your mom alright.

Had to chuckle about the Cliff bars! Good thing is it got me busy this morning making home-made 'workout cookies' that are super easy and replace a Cliff bar quite nicely. Let me know if you're interested and I'll gladly share the recipe. I'm sure all of the ingredients cost me about as much as 2 bars!

Hi there! Just saw your status change pop up....by 'not making progress' do you mean in terms of weight loss? If that's the case it could be because you are so much closer to your goal. They tell you the loss will slow as you get close to goal....and it does, big time! It is now taking me a month or longer to lose a single pound....and I have to be very consistent with exercise.

Anyway, I may be off track but thought I'd chime in!
