    Lois: Thank you so much for my goodie and your comments, Yes we do have a lot of tornadoes and bad storms, and its getting to that time. We have had some bad ones and some small ones over the years, but Praise the Lord they have never caused us any damage.

    We at the Miller house are doing well, we had our 51st anniversary on Wednesday March 6th, All our kids and GC and GGC are doing good and we are looking forward to April 5th our 11 GGC is going to present himself to us. Grand daughter-in-law has to have C-sections, this will make their 3 boy. God has so BLESSED US WITH GREAT BLESSINGS.

    Hope you are doing well also, Glad you found the intermittent fasting, I do that once in a while but haven't made a habit of it, guess I should. HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY:

    Hi! So sorry to be so slow at responding but I too am having a hard time keeping up!! LOL All we can do is hang in there. I've come up with a new buddy system that won't start until Jan 1st and it's going to be a few of us-- and there will not be any challenges--- We will make a commitment to exercise EVERY day & to check in EVERY day for a year! And to make it more fun I think we will walk the USA. Each day we will see how many miles we covered as a team and talk about what we saw. One fitness minute will equal 1 mile. It's still a work in progress. Think about if you'd like to join. But make sure you are willing to commit for ONE WHOLE YEAR--- EVERY DAY! Commit to at least 10 min every day (I am hoping we do more but the days we don't want to -we still do 10)
