    Hello Rere. I thought I would stop by and check out your page after seeing your comment on mine. You said you have 70 pounds to lose. I would love to see you conquer that goal. Here is my question. What is your plan? I too struggled with that amount of weight at one time. What I found was that when I began to verbalize (and write out on my spark page) what my goals were, it helped me to develop a plan. One without the other is not a good recipe. Being as specific as possible and being able to see it written down can help you overcome those excuses you referred to. I know it can be done...and YOU CAN DO IT!

    On the upper right side of this page it says edit my page...if you click that you will be able to customize your spark page- at the bottom of that page you will find the ticker selections...Dont forget to click save my changes at the top or you have to it over again! I hope that helped...
