    howdy! i haven't posted in awhile, i've been pretty busy-got to do a little fishin the last 2 weeks and playing basketball with my husband at the park. i did my weigh in today to keep May straight and i lost 4 lbs which makes a total of 50 lbs so far on Spark! even though it took me a year to get to that point i learned a lot so I'm ready to lose the next 50, hopefully a little bit faster than a year :) hope you're having a great weekend!

    I went 5 days without fast food and yesterday i broke my streak by getting a hamburger....ONLY a hamburger which is unusual for me...I did my weigh in this morning because I knew I was having a few drinks tonight and I lost 6 lbs! I worked out so much last week and stayed in my calorie range. So proud of myself :) Have you been doing ok?

    Rough 2 weeks...gained back a few lbs...i was too tired and lazy to cook at home and made a few poor fast food choices...this graveyard shift is killin me! I just have 2 more graveyard shifts then I'm back to normal shifts until June...I slept pretty good last night and feel well rested today so I'm going to challenge myself to work out 5 days this week and NO FAST FOOD...the weather's been awesome the last few days so I plan on walking outside more. How are things going with you?

    Better news this time around, did my weekly weigh in this morning and lost 7 lbs! I had a few slip ups last week but I was more active and actually went to the park to play basketball with my husband one day, which was a huge step! Today I even dug out the George Foreman grill, dusted it off, and looked up a few things I could grill on it. Lunch today is grilled tilapia with brussels sprouts :) I hope everythings going ok with you, have a great week!

    My weigh in didn't go so great Monday, I gained 2 lbs because I slacked off at the end of the week. I filled out a meal plan for this whole week so hopefully that will help. So far in March I've lost 6lbs, how about you?
