Hi! I'm Laura, and I am 24. I am 4'8, so that is why my intakes can be on the lower side, and also why I have a lower goal weight than most people....most people are not 4'8! I have been on Spark consistently since about April, although I joined in January. I am focusing on getting healthy habits, both with food and exercise. I am losing pretty slowly, but that's fine with me...any loss makes me happy!

I am currently doing an adapted C25K plan..if you are interested to see the changes I made to it, I posted the plan in a blog awhile back. I restarted with Week 3 on 11/23 and am going strong!

I read an article on here about how your username can say alot, and obviously my username probably looks like jibberish to almost everyone on here, so I thought I should explain what it means! In Japanese, choubi is something to talk about small, cute things. When I studied in Japan, my conversation teacher started calling me that, and so did my classmates...and, it encompasses what I want to be anyway, so I thought it was a great username! and 95 is my goal weight, for now, so thats the 95.

Fitness Minutes: 9,345

My Goals:
I want to lose weight just to be healthier..its not for a specific event.

I also really want to increase my general cardiovascular fitness.

My Program:
C25K 3 days/wk, and other type of cardio also 3 days/wk

trying to strength train 2-3 days a week...I definitely enjoy it less than the cardio.

I am also focusing on gaining my flexibility back, through yoga and stretching

Personal Information:
I just moved to Bloomington, IN, so now I have the challenge of juggling a new life, job hunting all over again, and staying healthy! Good thing I like a challenge!!!
