My Goals:
To be the best that I can be. Live my life to the fullest and enjoy the things in life that are hardly noticed ....like stopping to smell the roses...walk instead of driving all the time ! Take a deep breath and say WOW you quit smoking that's awesome woman !!
Lose 30 lbs :)
Develop courage and understanding ...and worry no more. Guard the mind and be conductive to living happily from now on.
My Program:
1. Yoga every morning for 20 mins.
2. strength training every other day 30 mins
3. walking when I can instead of driving
4. Complete the 28 day home workout challenge.
5. Smile :)
Personal Information:
From day one I was a single mother. I raised three children on my own, with the help of the Almighty, and thankfully they are all wonderful successful people today.
I have 7 grand children ranging from 5 to 12 yrs old; all precious to me and so wonderful.
