Doing it for real this time!
I'm three weeks into making a lifestyle change. I workout atleast 5 days per week and I am 6lbs lighter! This is the longest I have stuck to my goals and seen rapid sucess. This is the start of a new chapter in my (and my husband's) life. Anything positive, motivational, and sucessful.....I want to hear.
