Time to Work it Out!!!!!
Well Hello Spark Family......I am attempting AGAIN to lose this weight and to keep it off!!!!! Last March of 08 I discovered SPARKS and for me it was sooo wonderful. I was able to successfully lose a favorable amount of weight and to more importantly begin to feel good about my body again. I went on Vacation, and was EVEN in a cute 2 piece.....The downfall of it all was coming back home and getting back into the "old bad habits" as before joining Sparks. I stopped working out and I returned ...

I stopped working out and I returned to Nursing School which was more stressful and even harder for me to become MOTIVATED as before. I am returning to Sparks in order to get back on track and to become a more healthy being inside and out. I look for the support of you all and I appreciate all the wonderful success stories here at SparkPeople!!!!!
I want to obtain a healthy body, a peaceful & balanced state of mind, and a closer spiritual relationship with the Lord. I need to be healthier physically, mentally, emotionally, and most important Spiritually. I have 3 children whom I need to set a good example for and I need this balance for myself!!!!!!! So it is time to throw away the excuses and put on my running shoes and get to work......Heres to an Improved Lifestyle!!!!

I DID IT GUYS........I graduated from the nursing program something I have been working on for quite a long time. I have achieved a lifelong dream of mine and I am sooo proud of myself. Now that school is out of the way for now I hope to focus on my health and getting back on track. I will start out hitting the gym and making exercise a regular part of my life. Looking to make this happen!!!!!

2. to eat at least 2 fruits per day.
3. to eat at least 2 veg. per day.
4. to drink 8 glasses of water per day.
5. communicate positive affirmations to myself daily.
6. To love myself as I am!!!
My Program:
I am following the sparks program by staying within the 1200-1500 cal diet. I am tracking my meals and learning to prepare my meals ahead of time. I also aim to include cardio 5xs per week. No fried foods, fast foods, or sodas. I will allow myself 1 cheat day.
Personal Information:
my name is Sharice, I am a 36 year old wife and mother of 3 beautiful kids, ages 2, 5, &15. We live in Plainfield, Illinois. I work for the postal service and I am a full time nursing student with 1 year left in receiving my rn degree.
Update------As of March 19th I am now a graduate nurse. Praise God!!!!!
