It's time to get back on the wagon! I recently finished grad school and put my weight and fitness goals on hold until after graduation.
I enjoy full contact karate and I would like to become a runner. So far I have started attending karate classes again. I also recently ran my first mile.
I'm hoping logging my nutrition and activity will help me succeed!

I just tested for 1st kyu (high brown belt) this weekend.I fought 7 times in a row after completing ...

UPDATE: 12/9/2008

I have a lot to work on (especially my endurance), but it is encouraging to realize that I have accomplished so much since my graduation in May. I am going to use this test as motivation-I did well, but I know I can do so much better, so pass or fail, I am going to try, try, and try again.
